To keep it looking its best, wash by hand with a soft sponge (nothing abrasive). If small marks appear on the blade, a soft cloth and a little white vinegar will wipe them off. On the lighter handles, avoid leaving them in contact with strongly staining foods such as coffee, tea or tomato sauce.
